We were in town for the Audrain Motor week. The location was perfect, close to all the events. Plenty of parking for our trailer and cars. Very comfortable & clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and the set up worked great for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Also, provided beach towels & chairs.

Very Walkable

My husband, 2 adult children and dog had a wonderful stay. We were thrilled that we were able to walk to so many places. We enjoyed walking to Easton Beach as well as Rejects Craft Brewery, Diego’s, and Clementine’s for ice cream. We were also able to walk to a close by trolley stop and take the free trolley into Newport. Be sure to get the schedule and also a note, it does tend to run 5-10 minutes late. We had a fantastic time! We are all hoping to go back to this lovely property again!

Was a wonderful house with a great upstairs bedroom area with brand new bathroom! House is within walking distance to some great restaurants and a yummy ice cream shop! Loved our time here!

Had a great few days exploring the area in the off-season. New carpet upstairs was great - was bummed that the new 2nd bathroom wasn't quite ready yet, but it will be a delight for future bookers. Great location, lots within walking distance.

Wonderful Cottage!

We had a great time in this charming cottage. Lisa was responsive and very helpful before and throughout our stay. The cottage was very clean and looks just like the pictures. A short drive downtown and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Gorgeous Place

My wife and I took our first vacation with our 3 month old at this location and it was perfect! Plenty of space and it was so clean and quiet it was everything our little guy needed to enjoy his first trip! Highly recommended.

Amazing stay!

We cannot recommend this property enough. You immediately walk in and feel at home. There’s plenty of space to relax and even work if needed! The house had all the amenities you could want and we were very happy to have chosen this property over anywhere else!

Fully equipped cozy cottage! Very clean and organized. Located in a quiet neighborhood but super convenient to walk around and experience local restaurants and the beach. Communication is smooth and pleasant. Recommend to everyone especially family staying.

The location is nice with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We saw that pets sometimes allowed to stay in the house. And we noticed a definite pet odor, particularly on the comforter in the master bedroom.

Perfect choice for our family

We had a great vacation at this lovely house. Location was residential and quiet, a short drive from everything we wanted to see while in Newport. The property manager was attentive to our needs and questions. The house was spacious and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate beach cottage

Beautifully decorated and very clean, this cozy cottage is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. It’s walking distance to several things and nearby attractions are easily accessible. The kitchen is stocked, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the little patio is nice and private. We would definitely return to Uncorked!

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning! Nice and spacious home. You could walk to one of the nearby beaches but this would entail walking on the road through the neighborhood (about a 10 minute walk). Pleasant and quiet neighborhood area. We especially enjoyed walking to Clementines for homemade ice cream each night!
