Great Spot!

My friends and I had a great stay! The house was in great condition, furnished nicely, and was centrally located. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne on the counter and mini shampoo and conditioner bottles on each bed. The host was so easy to communicate with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and gave us great recommendations for spots to visit in town! We'll be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and close to so many things Newport and Middletown have to offer! Julia was fantastic to work with, very accommodating, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions/requests we had. Will definitely be back! Thank you for everything.

Beautiful home with awesome hosts!

Julia and Devin were excellent hosts that went above and beyond for us. Their home is clean and cozy and matches the description perfectly. We had a blast on the property playing outdoor games provided for us and using the grill and the patio space. The hosts attention to detail was only exceeded by their communication. When we asked if they owned something we were looking for, they responded and helped us out immediately. I would definitely recommend this stay and would return in the future!

Family Get-Together

Many thanks to Julia & Devin for hosting us at their property. We were finally able to get together with 2 of our 3 sons, their wives and 2 of our grandchildren. It was a joy to watch the 2 young girls playing together. Covid has been difficult. The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-provisioned. Thanks again, Pat & Bridget
