Me and my friends stayed here for a girls weekend away! We absolutely loved this property and couldn’t recommend it enough. Chandler was an excellent host who was very helpful, easy to reach, and enthusiastic. The location was perfect, just a ten minute drive to town and to the Mansions. We came during the winter so we do not try the beaches. The house was spotless, fully stocked, and organized. We even had an issue with working the heat and Chandler quickly helped us fix the problem, and let us know there were space heaters to help in the meantime! Overall couldn’t have asked for a better property, and certainly made our stay so wonderful! Thanks Chandler!

Chandler was an excellent host. His communication was clear and he responded to our questions within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with a well appointed kitchen. The location is close to the Navy base, with plenty of shopping nearby. Highly recommend!

Solid house in a very convenient location. House is more dated than the pictures show. Communication with the owner was very easy. Comfortable beds. The house is off of a main road which is pretty busy. Overall it fit out needs for our stay.

Great place to stay and close to so many attractions! Chandler was amazing with his quick responses and info he provided. House was modern and clean. Great backyard for outdoor entertaining and loved the open space indoor dining area!! Would definitely return!

The home was perfect! Spacious living area with a huge sofa! Large dining table to accommodate the whole family. Nice private outdoor space. Huge primary bedroom with comfortable bed. Clean and well decorated. A real treasure in a great location. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Graduation Weekend SRU

Perfect base for graduation activities in Newport. Nice to be able to grab coffee or a quick bite away from the Newport traffic and graduation chaos. House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of blankets, nicely updated. Suited our needs perfectly.

Wonderful stay with longtime friends

It was my 40th birthday, and my wife and I hadn’t done anything socially without our young children for quite a while. This house provided us with a comfortable safe haven less than a few miles from each of the three stops we planned out for our evening of celebration (Fieldstones Restaurant, Ragged Island Brewery, and Caleb & Broad Restaurant/Bar). Chandler was such a prompt and thoughtful host, and the property was perfectly clean and exactly as advertised. One small note: it got cold downstairs after we returned from our outing, and we didn't realize at first that the first floor only has space heaters. The Nest thermostats upstairs, as far as we could see, only seem to warm the upstairs so you'll want to use the space heaters if hanging out downstairs during cold-weather months. Other than that, it was a flawless stay! Anything we needed — from early requests to retrieving my wife's left-behind earrings a couple days after we checked out — was always an expedited response from Chandler. We were also so relieved that it was a 100% pet-free and smoke-free house, as we had multiple allergies to contend with in our party of three couples. Thanks a lot, Chandler... 10/10 stay and we will be back next summer!

So comfortable and so close to the attractions

We spent three nights and had a great time, gone during the day, visiting all the sites in the area and enjoying the great food, and then coming home to a very comfortable place, great beds, a great sectional to relax on at the end of the day and watch a movie, we will definitely stay there again

Beautiful home

Stayed with my mom and sister for a few days while exploring Newport RI. It was our first time in the area and enjoyed our time there. The area has a lot of history we loved the mansions, sunset schooner tour and even the troley tour was very informative Host was prompt with all replies to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property..

Perfectly located when visiting Newport!

We planned a 3 night stay to celebrate our husbands July birthdays. The property was lovely and tastefully decorated, we all enjoyed the minimalist uncluttered look. The location was perfect, away from the bustle of Newport, but only a few minutes drive to our favorite restaurants located there! The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed a glass of wine each night on the back deck which was shaded later in the day! We all agreed that we would certainly revisit this home on our next Newport trip! Thank you Chandler!
