「Overall met expectations. AC is not centralized, but 3 separate window units that the fan ran continuously even when temperature not set as low. No on-site laundry. Fridge had freezer burn rolls left inside that had odor, small amount of leaf debris. Access to cleaning supplies kind. Binder of instructions for guest expectations significant with understanding of past abuses by guests regarding pets and body fluids. 「The property was very nice and clean. Convenient to all surrounding activities. The aroma from the neighboring farm was a bit strong when we were there so sitting outside was not a pleasant option. The AC worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room furniture was not great but it worked. Overall for the price it is a nice place.」

「Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. However, we accidentally took a book from the cottage and when we texted Todd, he responded immediately and was very helpful in how to return the book. The weather did not cooperate for...

「My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this unique house. The 7 and 9 year old said “Best house ever!”. It was very clean and well appointed with many amenities. Lots of entertainment on site with numerous games available for all ages. A very relaxing place to spend time taking advantage of outdoor living areas and river views. Also centrally located to Amish county and to South Bend. The host was easy to communicate with and check in went smoothly. Would highly recommend this property.」

「The place was nice and it fun being on the river. We will actually try and rent it again. that being said, things that are not obvious are: it is actually very noisy as the road and we didn't get great communication from the host. We arrived at 3 AM because of flight problems and discovered that the information in the email labeled "keys to the house" didn't actual contain any information to access the property. It wasn't until a second phone call at the end of the next day the host...
