  • Relax and enjoy this recently renovated cozy cottage just 2.5 miles from the heart of Shipshewana. Close enough to enjoy all this small town has to offer and just a short drive back from a busy day at the shops where you can enjoy an evening relaxing under the large shade trees by the wishing well in the secluded back yard. From the front porch is a nice view of a neighboring farm and you can enjoy seeing the many amish buggies as they stroll by. If you have a sweet tooth, another perk is the cute little frozen custard /ice cream stand within walking distance of this cozy getaway.
    Inside you will find wireless internet, dish tv with all your favorites, DVD/Blue Ray player, a gas log fireplace with comfy seating space to unwind after a long day as well as a cozy nook for reading or having that morning cup of coffee. A Keurig coffee machine highlights this bright full size kitchen stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans needed to prepare your favorite gourmet meal if you choose. Microwave, electric skillet, toaster, electric griddle and hand mixer as well as oil, salt & pepper and a complete spice rack are all provided. A sound machine is provided for each bedroom for those light sleepers who might need a little something extra to help them doze off at night.

This was a lovely two bedroom home, very clean, and near the shops in Shipsewana. There was a long enough driveway for 2-3 cars. We sat in the chairs in the front of the house in the evening and watched quite a few buggies with Amish families trot by. They would wave to us which was fun. I would recommend this place to stay.

Loved this place. Carla thought of everything. It's clean, neat and tidy and close to downtown Shipshewana. The beds are very nice! Loved them. The inside is just as nice as the outside. We definitely will be staying here again.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean and in an excellent spot for going to Shipshe. It's not a place i would stay with children but its an exceptional place to stay for adults. The road can be quite busy but it's very quiet in the house, which was perfect.

Beautiful 2 bedroom (3 beds) in a beautiful setting. Everything was so clean and just enough of what you might need, so grateful for the waters in the fridge! Awesome outdoor area in the front and back, plenty of space for people to move around. The lighting was good, the decor perfect and little touches that were greatly appreciated. It was nice not to have to walk an 1/8 of a mile to your room at over of the Inns, pull up to the garage and your there.. Steps away! And a little quietness after a busy day in Shipshewana! Sit on the porch and watch the buggies go by with the clip clip of their hoofs.. Beautiful! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
