「I would greatly and sincerely like a refund for this “stay”. As my husband and I left 15 minutes after arriving. This was because we saw a gigantic centipede as soon as we opened the door. It’s snuck back into the door frame as there was a huge gap between that and the floor. Allowing anything from the outside to come in.」

「The place has two nice pools and a hot tub. Breakfast was great. Rooms recently updated, and with new carpet. Minor things could be updated. The arcade is a great idea, but only a couple games worked. Great for kids, just don't let them run through the halls or walk with heavy feet if you're on the second floor.」

「Very disappointed in this property. First off when we checked in we were put in a totally different building than my 74 year old mother-in-law and they had to call the manager to have them change our room to be closer. Second, the room had an awful musty smell and was dirty. After the first day of staying and giving them an opportunity to clean I had to go personally ask for the floors to be cleaned 3 times. I honestly don’t think this establishment owns a vacuum. I ended up putting a large sign...

「The first day when we entered the room we noticed the the toilet was dirty, we talked with the front desk and they sent someone to clean, quit disappointing for the first day… the third day they did not clean the room and when we called the front desk they told us that they don’t have to, even in the rules of the resort is clearly written that is a part of the service they are supposed to provide. 「Exceptional customer service and front desk. On arrival, extremely helpful and warm. Breakfast was a large variety of foods, and the hostess there was excellent. Could not help more. We had a large balcony and was wonderful. Pool very nice and watching boats and ferries delightful. Walking distance to Tugboats restaurant and also walked to Black Cat Tavern , both excellent. Would go back again」
