"Tub was stained wife couldn't take a bath tonight. We moved to a different room and it was infested with ants.checked out at night went to another hotel! Would not ever get a room there again! "

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.The breakfast was the only perk to the amenities. Only one towel holder in the bathroom. The plumbing was not working well. The bathtub was stopped up and when asked for it to be addressed they gave my granddaughter a plunger so I had to unstop it myself. Their were so many children running around the lobby, it was worse than Chuck E Cheese. The hotel guest were totally out of order so much the police had to be called. I was restricted to my room because of the confusion everywhere. It was like a teen take over. The hot tub was filthy! I will never return to this hotel again. It needs to be updated. Roof leaking in lobby, buckets everywhere. Elevators didn't work half of time. This hotel gives Hilton a bad name. I would this place to anyone. "

"There was no Oatmilk as there is at all other Hyatt’s nationwide. The kitchen staff was rude and dismissive. Our Room trash was emptied, the towels were refolded off the floor and the bed was not changed or made. The ice from the machine on the third floor tasted moldy. "

"When we arrived at the hotel Friday evening, it smelled like smoke both inside and outside of our room. It was loud and people (other guests I and assuming) were shouting on premises. My family and I did not feel safe staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and told us we could cancel our reservation. I called the hotel today and was told that they indeed did cancel our reservation and have not collected any money for our stay/reservation. I would like to request a full refund from Expedia since no money was collected from the hotel for our stay. "

"I always enjoy my stay sometimes there’s a bump which is where it is everywhere not enough workers, but they try their best to do what they can do for you. I had to change my name a couple of times, but it was no problem. It just short short staff That all is good clean food was decent always enjoy. My state of staff is very friendly with me enjoy your day."

"Very dated, not what I expected from a Marriott property. Breakfast not till 6:30 which included coffee house keeping staff was nice desk clerk less than impressive. I would not recommend a stay. "

"The first room we got had a rough odor. The second room we got, the beds smelled like sweat and body odor. I think handicap rooms should be deodorized frequently."

"Friendly & efficient check-in, beds & pillows very comfortable, room clean enough, great value for 2 doubles at $53. AC/heating unit worked great and I liked that I could run the fan on low continuously during the night. Stay was quiet on a Tuesday and there was hot coffee in the lobby. "
