Take advantage of this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo(1 king bed & 2 queen size beds)Minutes from the iconic Hallandale beach/water tower. Walk or take the free shuttle. Take a water taxi to Hollywood beach, or lounge in the pool as you take in the intracoastal waterway and relax with poolside service. Gym on site. $30/day resort fee applied by hotel. All resorts in the area charge a resort fee but ours is the lowest in the area.

The condominium was okay, we have stayed in many units throughout the states and Caribbean.We just found it a little dated and some areas In need of some cosmetic repair. Door latches on backwards. The kitchen did lack in some basic utensils that were needed. No safe is a big thing for us as we don’t like leaving nexus and passports unlocked The communication with Bobby was very good. The view was to die for and the location met our needs before our cruise. The resort staff were amazing and helpful

We did not have internet for the entire stay. The host was dismissive about the issue for several days and then failed to ultimately fix the issue. The condo had mold in the grout in both bathrooms, outlet coverings were falling off, and fold away bed sheets were dirty. The elevators on the property are terrible; it took us on average six minutes for one to reach us. The view from the balcony was spectacular though. The internet issue was the main complaint. I spent hours trying to fix it because the host wasn't helpful at all. I requested compensation for the internet issue and did not receive any.

Great location and view. Condo definitely needs TLC. Ice machine didn’t work , never got on WiFi and horrendous leak on patio from above several times a day maybe from rooftop pool? Listing originally didn’t state the resort fee or valet fee daily. There is only 2 elevators and no service elevator for the workers
