In addition, it is close to Golden Beach, Bal Harbor, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles Beach and the fascinating beach promenade of Hollywood Beach. Moreover, you can find many stores such as Walmart, Ross and Wallgreens less than a kilometer away, and the Aventura Mall is only 5 minutes away. Finally, you can enjoy extraordinary restaurants in the surroundings.

I will do my best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I live less than 10 minutes away and I like to be in the building every day. However, I do respect your privacy and I will not disturb you during your stay. The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels. If you need anything please let us know. No need to clean the apartment when you leave, that what the cleaning fee is for. Just contact me, and I'll take care of everything else!

Nice location, unit needs cleaning

The location and amenities were nice - easy access to pool, beach, and gym. A key fob, not included in price, is required to access the property.The unit seemed recently updated but could use a good surface cleaning in both the kitchen and bathrooms.
