"I recently stayed at the Ramada and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was that there was no elevator, which was never clearly stated beforehand. I had to carry and pull my luggage up two flights of stairs, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting.
On top of that, the two attendants at the front desk were very snappy and unwelcoming when I asked questions. Customer service makes a huge difference during a stay, and overall I did not feel valued as a guest.
I believe guests should be informed ahead of time if there is no elevator, especially for travelers with luggage, disabilities, or mobility concerns. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and I would not choose this location again."
