I would give it a 4.5

Amazing view, the Penthouse was nice. But there are a couple drawbacks based on what you plan to do. If you have plans that you need to your car for, plan on extra time. The Valet service says you can text them to get your car, but only once did that work. The rest of the time I had to go down to the valet request it and it was busy so it took an extra 15 minutes. Second, being on the top floor means the elevator ride up or down takes a while as you will be stopping at a lot of floors (trust me, a lot). Again another 10 minutes on the elevators. Also make sure when you leave that the deadbolt is in the straight up and down position. If it is not or the door slams shut too hard, your key card will not work and you have to go down to the front desk and they have to come up and use the emergency key(long ride down and long ride up). Its probably best suited for a family that will hang out at the pools or beaches. That was not our intention and so it was a bit of a hassle. We were in town for the F1 race and had to deal with those crazy crowds so these minor inconveniences were amplified.

Beautiful location

The unit was beautiful but needs some upkeep, cleaning and general maintenance. The pillows were scarce and awful. There was a dirty nasty rug on the balcony as well as some garbage. The whole unit is dingy and needs to be painted. The view was outstanding though!

Top of the world!

Excellent accommodation. Slight problem with guest bath toilet. Needs a shelf and hooks in the guest shower. Kitchen is well equipped but needs glassware other than wi e glasses. Also needs to include a sample dishwashing liquid.

The view and balcony are honestly better than the pictures give credit. Our family had a great time. Though you have a bit of a project crossing the main drag to get to the beach, it was definitely worth it. The bed was fantastic, the girls loved the pool and I couldn't get enough of the balconies. The one down side was the lack of accommodations as far as cleaners, trash bags, toilet paper and the likes. The upside is walmart is a 5 minute walk across the drawbridge. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful suite

The suite is beautiful, the view incredible. Very comfortable and well kept. The only issues were that there were no kitchen towels, just paper towlels, and not much of that. And they had the wrong kind of coffee filters. And the hotel staff are of no assistance. Their response was always, you are in a private residence. But, other than those minor things a great stay.
