The Space:

The Beachwalk Resort is your gateway to the vibrant coastal lifestyle of South Florida, with the beach just a short stroll or a convenient complimentary shuttle ride away. Relax and soak up the sun by the sparkling pool, stay energized in the fully equipped gym, or indulge in delicious meals at the on-site bistro. To make your seaside experience effortless, we provide complimentary beach towels and two beach chairs.



Explore the lively Hallandale Beach neighborhood at your own pace by renting bikes, or visit nearby attractions like the iconic Hollywood Broadwalk and the ArtsPark at Young Circle for a touch of local culture and charm.

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

A $75 authorization hold will be placed for minibar usage.



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
