I previously stayed in this building without any issues, which made this experience unexpected.Upon arrival, the refrigerator had broken door shelves and heavy frost buildup in the freezer, affecting proper food storage. The washer leaked water from the bottom during the wash cycle and made abnormal noises. This was confirmed by a building maintenance employee, who stated that a technician not basic maintenance was required. Despite being told a technician would be sent, the issue was never resolved during my stay. I had to take laundry off-site, and the building laundry room was also closed due to repairs. There was visible flooring damage near the washer, suggesting this issue may have existed prior to my stay.We had some additional concerns however the property manager was very responsive and took care of the minor items immediately. The location itself was excellent; however, the condition of the unit and the lack of functioning essential appliances caused ongoing inconvenience especially as I was recovering from surgery at the time.This property has potential, but attention to maintenance is needed to meet guest expectations
