Looks better than it seems
To start, it was a bit of a struggle to get the key out of the key box (took an extra person to get it out) and once I got the key and went into the space, it looked decent but upon further investigation things weren’t as nice looking. The pillow cases and pillow covers looked stained and dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on them at all. The one big towel that was on the towel rod had hairs stuck within it and it also had some stains and looked dirty (didn’t feel comfortable using that either). The last thing which was the biggest issue is that the shower had no cold water it was just hot both ways when I turned the knob and it wasn’t even warm water it was HOT water and it made it very hard to take a shower and I know some people like hot showers but there should be no excuse why there was no cold water. I also had a wake up call at 3am to see that the ceiling above the shower was leaking in 2 places from the rain last night and I took a video as proof that’s just another thing that happened but overall unless significant changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.
