BEACH AMENITIES: Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails - Foodservice on the beach and additional chairs towels and umbrellas are at guests' expense. It offers 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (free of charge) and is on a first-come-first-served basis.

DINING/DRINKS: Terrazas Oceanfront Dining & Cocktails, Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails.

Resort Fee: $40 per day.
Every Non-Registered Guest is $50 Daily.

Valet Parking: 1 - 7 days: $35 per day / 8 days and on: $30 per day.

House rules:
- Smoking is not allowed.
- No pets are allowed in the unit.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Check-in is from 4:00 pm onwards.
- Any damages done to the apartment will be charged to the tenant.
- The tenant must abide by the rules and regulations of the building.
- A security deposit of $200 is required by the resort upon arrival for incidental charges. The credit card will be kept on file. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- A Refundable Damage Deposit fee of $ 500 dollars will be held on your credit card before check-in on our behalf. This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.

Please be respectful by keeping the place clean and undamaged so that your security deposit is not affected. There is NO SMOKING in the unit or the building. If this rule is violated, your $200 deposit will not be returned. Thank you for your cooperation, and hope that you enjoy your stay in our beautiful suite.
