Simply Wonderful

The moment we walked in it was clean, open and smelled amazing. This is a great property and had everything we needed. The best part was the heated pool as those late fall Florida nights did get a little chilly. This property and their other property was Devine. We WILL certainly be back.

As advertised, very well equipped - jackpot

As advertised on the pictures.Check in very smooth.Location very good, in the proximity of everything, shopping, beach, dining.Stayed here for 8 nights, family of 4. Very well equipped kitchen, loads of towelsComfy beds, good AC. Would stay here again next time when we are back in Hallandale / Hollywood / Miami areaHighly recommedend!Thanks

Excellent house

The property was very well maintained and even nicer in person. Towels and linens were provided along with some toiletries. Everything was very clean. The pool was amazing and the barrier surrounding it was easy to move. The patio is shaded during the peak of the day. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the Fort Lauderdale area!

Eras Stay!!!

We stayed at this home because I was taking my granddaughter to the Eras Tour. We decided to spend couple of days enjoying the closest neighborhoods. The home location was good. Close to everything. The house was equipped with everything needed. The host was very responsive when I had some questions. We felt safe in the house and area. I saw few families strolling around and a park with walkable distance.

Exactly as advertised!

We stayed here with a small group of friends and the place and location were exactly what we wanted. The payment and stay was hassle free and there were no issues. VRBO certainly isn’t what it used to be but this place replicated the original experience of why folks prefer a home over a hotel room. We even discussed renting it again!!!

Prime location!

The house was immaculate. Smelled amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms had toiletries. The pool area was awesome. The location was perfect. Close to everything. We are very happy. I would return anytime. I woukd definitely reccomend.

Great stay at the Gray Manor

We stayed the weekend with our 17yr old son. He enjoyed the pool and having a room and bathroom to himself. The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect. The house itself was beautiful looked just as pictured. The cleanliness of the house was amazing. The location of the house was great. About a 20-30min drive to the pier and south beach. Davin was a great host with great communication and the check in and out process was easy. We definitely will be back

Pre cruise stay

Our stay at this home was before we got on our cruise ship. The home was just as described, if not better!! Great location to the port and the airport. The house was great for our family of 6, plenty of room. We also enjoyed sitting around the pool and swimming too. The property manager was great to work with also. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Loved this rental

This rental was perfect for our stay!! The home, amenities and location worked perfectly. We especially loved the pool, was wonderful for morning/evening swim. Location was great!!! Quick access to restaurants, grocery, and of course the beautiful beach!! Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great time staying at the house. I was a little disappointed to find there was no hot tub, as it was advertised that there was and that was one of the main reasons we picked it, but I was happy to see that the mistake was corrected on the listing to avoid future confusion for others. The fenced in backyard was really great for privacy, and the pool also has a separate fence which put my mind at ease with my small children back there. Overall it was a very nice place to stay!

Great Get-Away!

This house was wonderful and spacious. All the rooms were equipped with technology and multiple plugs. The pool was amazing and clean. The code locks were easy and safe. All the beds were comfortable, including the pull bed. It was close to a public park! It had a fully equipped laundry room and kitchen! We would stay here again!

Grey Manor was the perfect choice for me

This place is exactly as advertised. I was very pleased that when walking into Grey Manor, I found it exactly as expected. The inside was very clean. All appliances were in working order. The private pool certainly was a hit with my grandchildren. Communication with the host was timely and relevant. If i ever go back to Miami this is the first property I'll be looking for.

Great time

Everything was perfect for our family. The house is clean and has everything we need. The courtyard with the swimming pool is great and we are just 10 minutes in car from the beach. The owner is great and the communication is easy, we will come back for sure. Thanks a lot.

Awesome place for our family, including our toddler grandson

The property was wonderful and exactly as described. The pool area was a wonderful retreat with palm trees surrounding the area. Having a high chair and pack and play for our 1 1/2 year old grandson was such a blessing. Communication was great and everything was just as described. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
