Cozy Ocean View Apartment by Miami Te Espera

Comfortable apartment located on the 11th floor with side sea view. It offers its guests a fully equiped kitchen with everything you need to cook the four daily meals . The living room has a comfortable sofa in front of the TV . The bedroom has two queen size beds, with quilts and decor in light tones. For the convenience of guests this apartment has a large bathroom with bathtub and a social bath. Among the amenities of the building are the swimming pool, the gym and a laundry on each floor. Washing and drying machines work with a card, that is delivered at the time of check in and is charged by the guests according to their needs.

IMPORTANT
During 2025 the building will be renovating all of its facades so there will be workers, safety nets, scaffolding, construction noise and the pool will only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

-The total rental amount includes: final cleaning and registration fee.
-The one-bedroom apartment only admits a maximun of 4 guests.
- The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant vacation (towels, sheets, hair dryer, dishwasher, beach chairs, umbrella).
-No items such as: toilet soap, detergent and toilet paper are provided (only a small quantity of each item is provided for the first couple of days)

EXTRA BUILDING CHARGES:

** FOB Keys: The administration requires a key every two people over the age of 13 for the common areas of the building. Each key has a cost of 30 USD.
