Sam helped us get all checked in. Early check in, which was super nice. He was polite and made sure we had all the information for our stay. The room was clean, beds really comfortable. My only note: Hotel room has hardwood floors and therefore can occasionally hear people above you if you're not on the top floor.

Wonderful location with a lovely rooftop pool. Highly recommendable but be aware of the high prices for breakfast and parking, which is probably Miami Beach in general. If you bring a car, use a public garage on 16th or just behind H&M on Lincoln to save a lot of money.

The staff are absolutely amazing! It is South Beach, so it is busy and it comes with everything one would expect in the area. I will stay here every time I am in the area because the staff are the most accommodating and welcoming I have ever encountered and I travel a lot.

Hotel felt dated, including the room. Reception staff friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Starbucks staff very friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop pool area. Hotel is in a convenient location with walking distance to Art Deco district, beach, shopping, restaurants.

The hotel overall was perfect! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. There was a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, shops and mini market within walking distance. The hotel is about a 10 walk to the beach. The hotel offers 2 free beach chairs right on the beach. They also offered a two hour bike rentals. There was a roof top pool with a beautiful view of the city. The pool was clean and they also had a lounge area on the roof top as well. The room was cleaned daily with fresh toilets. The beds were comfortable and we also had a sofa bed in our room. The room comes with 2 Queen beds, sofa bed, tv, wifi and a mini fridge. You can purchase snacks down stairs in the lobby as well. There was a gym & a laundry room in the hotel as well. The hotel wasn't noisy & you couldn't hear any of the noise from the street. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's worth the money!
