Nice House and Quiet Area

The house itself is very nice and the host was very responsive provided us all necessary information to make our stay smooth. We stayed for 2 nights, we were a group of 11 including few teenagers. The house had around 4 TV screens, family games, a video Arcade machine, Pool Table. Also very comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms. We had a nice time and enjoyed the house. We took 20 minute walk to nearby supermarket for groceries and about a 25 minute walk towards fastfood establishments nearby like Wendys and Chipotle. We were not able to use the beautiful pool as it had many of the decorative rocks thrown into the pool. The host said it was from the previous rental party and the cleaning company was not available that weekend (thanksgiving weekend). The only negative detail besides the swimming pool situation our group pointed out were the floors felt dirty. We couldn't walk the house in stockings or barefoot. Other than this, it is such a nice place, very spacious and filled with amenities and fun times for your family or group.

Property had nice amenities, but had roaches crawling everywhere, the rooms could be bigger for adults, I stayed here for three nights

A few issues, but overall very nice!

At first I was a tad concerned because I had messaged the host through the VRBO app and never received a response. I finally received a call on the morning before check-in from Stacy! She was wonderful and put my worries to ease. Upon arriving, the AC was not functioning properly and Miami heat is not forgiving. Someone was sent over within the hour though to work on the unit. He was super nice and determined! Repairs resulted in 2 parts needing replaced, but by late evening we had cool air! Beds and recliners were comfy! Water took a hot min to heat up in the shower, but it finally did. There were a few minor things that needed some TLC, but overall it is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay!

Never Again

The listing was not as described. The host was the worst ever. He did not respond to any of my concerns. I had to even contact him to pay for the reservation to which he responded at midnight prior to the morning of my flight. He still not has not responded to VRBO after their attempts to address my concerns which to me gives validity to my concerns.
