Perfect home in the Miami Area

My son and I rented this home for a 9 night stay for a work/vacation visit to the Miami area. We reviewed many homes and read many reviews before settling in on this home. This home is exactly as described in the listing - modern, clean, safe neighborhood, quiet, lovely yard spaces - an all around a winner. We used the kitchen a few times during our stay to cook our meals and it had everything we needed to easily prepare nice meals. Daniel (host) was an A - he was very communicative with whatever we needed/asked before, during and after our trip. The other wonderful little surprise is there wasn't a massive list of "to do's" in prep for the check out. We had taken good care of the property during our stay of course; but appreciated that there wasn't a list of sweeping or stripping beds or other chores prior to leaving. If I could rate this home and experience higher than a 5 Star - I certainly would. Thanks Daniel!

Great place!

We came for a business conference, so just needed a clean, safe place for us to review each day’s lessons and sleep. It was very clean, host was in touch, check in and out process was very smooth. Adorable back yard area that would definitely take advantage of if came back to the area for pleasure instead of business! Thank you again!

I was relocating for work and needed to stay for a few weeks before I moved into my new home. The house was great. Modern, updated decor. The entire house, but especially the kitchen, is very well appointed! The owner, Daniel, was very communicative and engaged. Great stay!

Es una casa con todo lo necesario, recién remodelada, cerca de todo en auto, limpia y muy bien mantenida. Las fotos muestran la casa tal cual es. La comunicación con su dueño es muy fluida. Feliz me quedaría allí nuevamente. Totalmente recomendable. It is a house with everything you need, recently remodeled, close to everything by car, clean and very well maintained. The photos show the house as it is. Communication with its owner is very fluid. I would happily stay there again. Totally recommended.

Perfect stay!

House is beautiful and very well equipped, just like the pictures. Backyard area is amazing too and only a short drive to the beach. Daniel was a great host and responded very promptly. Definitely coming back.
