Welcome to Villa Dolmia, a newly constructed modern masterpiece nestled on a private, gated island in Miami. This stunning 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa offers 70 feet of direct waterfront with breathtaking panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the iconic Miami skyline. Designed with high-end finishes and curated furnishings, Villa Dolmia is the epitome of elegance, comfort, and exclusivity.

The Space:
The villa’s crown jewel is its spectacular rooftop terrace, where sweeping views create an unforgettable backdrop for relaxation and entertainment. Additional standout features include:

Heated & cooling pool with stunning bay views
Hot tub for the ultimate relaxation
Three outdoor terraces, including the rooftop
State-of-the-art Sonos sound system for seamless indoor-outdoor ambiance
Outdoor kitchen & BBQ area for al fresco dining
Fully furnished with luxury linens, towels, and modern decor

Guest Access:
The entire villa is yours

The Neighborhood:
Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Gated community.

Getting Around:
Ideally situated, Villa Dolmia is less than a 10-minute drive from the beach and only 20 minutes from the best shopping and entertainment in Miami Beach.

Other Things to Note:
To complete your reservation, a contract will be sent to you after reservation.

- Book 7 nights or more and get 5% to 10% taken off automatically. Certain dates restriction.

For your comfort, we provide the following:
- Welcome amenity provided: bottle of wine, shower gel, original nespresso capsules for your fist day.
- Free Wifi.
- Sonos System
- 5 TVs total. 75" TV in the living room.
- All TVs are smart TVs with access to netflix.
- Wire internet available for business meetings.
- The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning.
- Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa.
- Children welcome.

We just spent the week at this home for spring break. It is a beautiful home. Very spacious and was exactly as described. Perfect for our kids and their different ages. My children especially enjoyed the pool table. The management team (Caroline and Astrid were very helpful when we needed something). Cannot recommend this home enough.

Great property to experience Miami

We loved this home. It was sparkling clean - lots of white and great Miami vibes. This home is in a quiet neighborhood but close to all that Miami offers. Caroline connected us with a great driver (David) and an incredible boat day on the water as well. At the house, we saw sharks, dolphins, and iguanas. We even caught a fish off the dock. The house is also close to the Bal Harbour shops, which we enjoyed during the day. You will love this house!

Out of this World Property, Minutes from South Beach

This property was amazing, the pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s exactly what’s expected and more. Well worth the price, minutes from south beach in a very safe gated community. Gorgeous views from the rooftop or dock rival any south beach 5 star hotel, in the comfort of a private secluded space. The pool and outdoor area will make you never want to stay at a Miami hotel again, you’re own private oasis. The decor and amenities well exceed any rental property we have stayed at. The management team is very attentive and accommodating throughout your stay. Don’t pass up this listing, and don’t forget to look out the group of dolphins that hangs out feet from the properties dock. This house definitely will not disappoint. Perfect for families or groups visiting the area.

Amazing property

House is amazing, everything you need to enjoy a stay,. Had couple small issues which management resolved very quickly indeed. Only point is that located quite close to busy bridge which we didn’t feel was reflected in the description. However waking up every day to view and property was stunning.

A Wonderful Home

The house is fabulous. It is bright, modern and cheery with a beautiful view of the water and Miami's sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is wonderful and the temp was kept at 95 degrees which enabled the kids to enjoy it for hours. Caroline and Astrid, the house managers, were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed a memorable week in the house and would be very happy to return again.

Great girls weekend

Amazing house and wonderful place to spend a reunion weekend with friends. The house has everything and was stocked really well, as beautiful as advertised, and really nice. Only small comment is that it would have been easier to check in with a lock box and receive a code prior to check in vs. Trying to coordinate a meeting at the house and arrival times given flight delays etc. But that’s a small thing and even with that, Astrid and Caroline were amazing hosts! Would definitely come again.

Fabulous

Extraordinarily well designed North Miami residence situated in a up and coming neighborhood. Gorgeous rear patios and decks with wide water views of the inner coastal. Wonderful stay. Only a few issues to make it perfect: increase the water heater temperature (cold showers are uncomfortable), reset the jacuzzi and pool settings for day rather than the wee late hours of the night, and also better regulate the temperature for both too. The water was either too hot: 105-110 or cold: 85. Caroline and her staff were lovely. Overall the 5 days our group of 9 had spent will always be held with the highest regards.

This house was amazing. Very clean, organized and equipped with everything you could need! A beautiful place to wake up every morning. Caroline was amazing! She made the whole process extremely easy and seamless from start to finish. She was professional as well as very personable and beyond helpful. Spectacular location and house was amazing!

We rented this house for my 40th and it was more than we expected. The pictures only show so much as the house in person is so much better. It was clean, beds were comfortable, all the amenities for a weekend were provided. We have no complaints at all. Most amazing part was the view. It was spectacular!! Host was super prompt on communication and we did not have any issues. Thank you again for a fantastic weekend
