Beautiful OCEAN-VIEW apartment, right ON THE BEACH

Enjoy breathtaking direct ocean views from your private terrace located directly on the beach with a direct access.

We are conveniently located close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
Just a 20 minute drive to Miami South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

There is an inexpensive trolley, which stops at our building and does a loop stopping along the Boardwalk and downtown shopping area and back.

Master bedroom set is with King size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom;
2nd bedroom with 2 queens beds and full bath;

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, new refrigerator (with water dispenser), microwave, coffeemaker, blender, new dishwasher, all utensils and sitting area.

A large living room is with spacious dining area for 6, features a sofa set , ottoman and sitting area,access to the ocean view balcony.

2 spacious bathrooms one is with shower and 2nd with bath/ shower.

Southeast sun filled ocean side unit,

Ocean views from all rooms and balcony.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING WILL BE UNDERGOING RESTORATION WORK SET TO BEGIN IN JUNE 2025 AND COMPLETE JULY 2026 GUESTS MAY EXPERIENCE SOME NOISE (9 am to 4h30pm)

Parking is available at $20 per night or $175 per month. There are laundry machines located on the floor right next to the unit which can be used at any time. The cost is $2.75 per wash and a card is provided to load money.
Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided.

The building located close to the Fort Lauderdale airport and is situated on 12 miles of sandy white beaches. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, groceries, etc.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids). The location was perfect and made everything so easy for us. We especially loved the easy access to both the pool and the beach, which was ideal with kids.One thing we really appreciated compared to some other condos we’ve stayed in was that we never had to wait long for the elevator, which made getting back and forth with beach bags and kids so much easier.The location near the boardwalk was another huge plus — close to everything while still feeling comfortable and convenient for our family.Overall, a great spot for a family beach trip!

The condo was perfect for what we needed but I wanted to point out a few things. There is construction being done on the building that started promptly at 8:00 and lasted throughout the day. It was loud and woke us up each morning. The building is right on the ocean and the condo includes beach chairs that are located in the dining room closet. There wasn’t a lot of open beach space to set up chairs as the other condos/hotels had loungers and umbrellas set up. We ended up renting lounge chairs daily so we were able to sit near the ocean. Parking is busy! We ended up parking our car/getting it ourselves most days rather than wait for the valet. The condo isn’t truly ocean front. You can see the ocean from the balcony but it is more off to the side. Host was great and communicative and condo had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! Just wanted to call out a few things for those who might be considering staying here.

No access to balcony, couldn’t see the water at all. Construction going on for almost our entire stay, banging, felt like our room was shaking. Was told we had to move to different floor so construction workers could get in. Was told we would get 45% refunded and only got about 30%. Very disappointing as it would have been a nice place. I liked the gym.

We had a great stay. Viktor was an excellent host with clear and prompt communication. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect—an easy walking distance to the public beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything we used worked properly. We especially appreciated the Keurig and the fridge with water and ice. Having beach chairs available was a huge bonus. We would happily stay here again.

Please read this unit’s description VERY carefully! The unit itself is nice, but in November 2025 the building this unit is in was under MAJOR exterior construction. Therefore, not only “may” you experience some construction noise from 9am-4:30pm (as stated), but you can EXPECT to experience noise that is so severe that you will not be able to hear your own family AND you may not have access to your patio/deck 24/7 because of the construction. We have NEVER left a negative review, but our family had reservations for 4 nights and we spent less than 24hours in this unit before we knew we needed to find a new place. The construction noise was unacceptable.

Wonderful stay for the price! Condo was clean and the owner is responsive and easy to work with. Could use some minor updates/maintenance but otherwise this condo has the perfect blend between affordable and also directly on the beach. Wifi was very fast and reliable. Would stay again!

Great Condo for a week at the beach.

The condo was very nice. Priced reasonably. The location is right in between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. We were able to do excursions to both cities and not be far away for Uber rides. The trip out to the Everglades was only 25 minutes. Would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I had a trip to celebrate our anniversary. There was great food close by and the beach and pool were great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including a view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

This place was in a great location. The unit had nice beach chairs and an umbrella to enjoy the beach. Sunrises from the balcony were beautiful. Pictures were as it was described. The owner was responsive to our questions.

Florida Trip!

Myself and two other friends stayed at Victor’s condo for a week in April. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amenities. Great location as the beach was in our back yard. Walmart was a 10 minute walk when we needed groceries. Beach chairs and towels were also supplied for our stay. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to stay in the heart of Hollywood Beach.
