Stunning views, great unit

We were a family of 7 plus grandparents staying in this unit. The location is great (711 across the street and a Walmart in walking distance if you need anything), with stunning views from the windows and an awesome, huge wrap around balcony. The unit was very clean, modern, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. It had very basic kitchen amenities. There were a few pans and pots, but if you're planning to heat any frozen food etc, you would need to buy some baking sheets (or the Host could provide a few), plus dish towels to dry any washing. In terms of the amenities, the kids loved using both pools. You can usually always get a lounge chair (as you aren't allowed to leave chairs unattended for more than 20-30 mins). I agree that accessing the beach chairs for renters was a bit of a walk for anyone with less mobility (only hotel guests get access to the blue chairs directly in front of the building), but we knew that from reading previous reviews and it didn't bother us. The white chairs are located in the next section over in front of the building immediately beside the Hyde. The only thing is that no matter how many occupants you are, you only get 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and max 4 towels. The host could consider providing some additional foldable beach chairs if renters need more. The elevators were sometimes a bit of a wait, but it didn't bother us because we expected that. Overall, this is a great unit to stay in and the Host is very responsive. A very reliable rental. We would stay here again.

Beautiful views!

This property and location were absolutely beautiful! We loved the deck and enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the amazing views. The property description and pictures are accurate. It was very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful. The few downsides to the property I would note are: the location for the "renters" beach chairs is down the beach a bit (even though there are chairs for other guests and owners of the property right out front), this beach narrow and busy, not a lot of room for kids that like to play frisbee, build stuff in the sand, etc. like some other locations, and must have patience for the elevator on that end of the building.

Nice Unit; Great Manager; Bad Building

Overall the unit was nice; it was exactly as advertised. Clean and well kept. Really nice view. Chris was very responsive and helpful from the initial reservation to arrival. The previous guests had left a little damage and he was right on top of it with options. The bad part of this unit is the building itself. It is 40+ stories and everything is crammed together. There was a single elevator that would often take 20+ minutes to arrive. because the building has so many people, the pools (especially the one heated pool) is very crowded. The beach is small with chairs lined up five deep. If you rent this one, just know that you are in a high rise on a narrow beach and all that entails.

Perfect location! amazing views

the apartement is as advertised, its clean and was a easy process to check in and out. overall great experiance the only stange thing is the seating area at the beach is not in front of the building is like a block off set and not option to add more chairs but this is just an amenity by third party, so nothing to take away for the apartment.

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful view!

This property did not disappoint! It was exactly what the owner described. Location was convenient and the wrap around balcony was amazing with incredible views. Will definitely book again! Highly recommended!
