The apartment is nice. Location is great!
Communication with property management company is horrible! They told do not use VRBO messages but text messages for numbers outside of US with no response for days. Checkin manager had a day off when we arrived. Reported extremely dirty apartment ( dust and webs everywhere, dirty bedding, etc) , leaking freezer and leaking garbage disposal, standing water in the kitchen. That was resolved on 8th day of our stay . Internet stopped working that was “resolved “ by providing hot spot that worked only when you are not more than a yard away from it. Kitchen utensils, pans, cookware are very old, scratched or broken.
But we really did not use them as we could not use kitchen at all. German roaches were everywhere in the kitchen : in the kettle and coffee machine, drawers , dishwasher, etc. Roaches were in bathrooms, living room and bedrooms.
We had to call pets control do disinfect our luggage when we arrived home. Still acreage that we could bring it.
Property management company told us they will give us discount and remove clenaing fee. They never did. They sent pest control that did not work during our stay, hopefully next guest will see less roaches but when we were leaving German roaches still were everywhere.
Apparently property management company was aware of the issue before our stay per last reviews but nothing was done.
