「Gonzalo was a very helpful staffer. He made sure we got in our room early and he made sure we took advantage of all of the amenities of the hotel and surroundings. I am definitely planning my next stay in Miami at the Dolce Hotel again.」

「無人チェックインなのは楽で良かったですが、事前に伝えられてた解錠番号に誤りがありました。フロントに人も不在なのでExpediaを通じてメッセージを送りましたがすぐに返信が来ず、問題解決まで15分以上かかりました。 室内は床が汚なく、白いスリッパの裏がすぐに汚れました。また、室内にケトルが無く、テーブルはあるのに椅子が無いため、 ベッド以外にくつろげる場所がなかったです。 １泊目の深夜３時に誤報で火災報知器が鳴り、その際もフロントスタッフ不在の為騒音が鳴りやむまで２０分近く要しました。」

「Overall, I had a very positive experience staying here. The hotel is located in a very convenient area of South Beach, which was perfect for the places I wanted to go. The pool, lobby, and courtyard were all beautiful and relaxing, and it was easy to unwind there.
