I am beyond disappointed with my stay here. We chose this apartment specifically because they confirmed via email prior to booking that we could store our luggage until 9pm on our final day. Once we arrived, they reneged on this promise, claiming storage was only available until 3:30pm. This left us scrambling last minute to find external storage, costing us an extra 300 pesos and a massive amount of unnecessary stress. The management repeatedly told us they were "looking into" our inquiry, only to confirm the night before that we couldn't store past 3.30. The description for this property incorrect. While it list a concierge and a bell boy, we didn't see a single member of staff during our entire stay. Our room was never cleaned, and we were left with only one set of towels for the duration of our trip. To make matters worse, we were informed that we were limited to just two rolls of toilet paper and would be charged if we required more. ​While the apartment itself is admittedly nice, it doesn't compensate for the service in my opinion. The bedroom lets in a significant amount of light, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to light, you will likely struggle to get any rest here. We booked this on the basis of the promised amenities and storage; otherwise, we would have opted for a proper hotel. You’re essentially paying to rent an apartment with limited services. Really disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this contemporary 4th-floor condo. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined one-way street, the condo features stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, is bright, airy, and feels just like an IKEA showroom. The property is impeccably maintained and secure, boasting a full-sized fridge and a well-appointed kitchen. However, given the fantastic selection of nearby restaurants, cooking at home is entirely optional! We highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

Apartment was very clean and check in was super easy. Location was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and they left welcome chocolates and water when we got there and toilet paper and paper towel. Only thing I would say and not the owners fault but more of a building thing was even though the shower pressure and water was good and hot it didn’t last long enough for the second person to shower and have hot water and they had to wait a bit. My only real suggestion and complaint was that one towel each for 2 people for a few days stay is not enough. The apartment needs a few more towels.

The apartment was pretty good (noisy area a bit even with the windows closed) but the 2 most important things for me in their description were not true. They ‘included’ bottled water and they did not. When asked, they told me to buy some. The second major was the luggage hold. Only available from 9 am to 4 pm. Useless in my case and I learned that when I was already in Mexico and had to find other arrangements to save my luggage all day for my midnight flight

The apartment was good. It is in a nice area. The only problem was the shower. It was warm for literally one minute. Then the warm water was out and became cooler and cooler. Each time it was probably less than three minutes before it was too cold to tolerate. It was very stressful to take a shower. The bathroom sink did not drain well either. Water stayed in the sink when just to wash hands. During our third day of stay, there was water on the floor. We had to call and send a message to the owner of the apartment. Two nice ladies came over and find a small hole in the seal of the shower door. They cleaned up and told us how to avoid the problem. We complained about the coldness of the shower before they left. One of the ladies checked on something in the utility closet and we finally had a warm shower for the last day of stay.

We are a family of four and stayed here from Sunday night to Friday morning (5 nights). We were given one towel each for the entire stay—no hand towels or face towels. We found this unhygienic. When we requested additional towels, we were told we could a replacement, but they would swap out the used towel. That’s fine, as we have no need for the used towel. However, guests should be informed in advance that they will only receive one towel per person for a 5-night stay, so we can at least bring our own. The listing also shows pictures and advertises that the sofa can be used as a bed to sleep on. Our son agreed to sleep on the sofabed and so we repeatedly asked for sheets for the sofa bed — three nights in a row — and never received them. The most frustrating part was the communication with the main property manager, Carlos. The listing says to call or text him, but he never responded to any of our messages. This was extremely disappointing—at the very least, there should be the courtesy of a simple reply. As you can imagine, when people go on vacation they have high hopes, and they count on the place they book to at least communicate clear expectations — otherwise the trip ends up being far less enjoyable.

Esta es una buena opción en CDMX, en la Condesa. La propiedad está muy limpia y bonita. Es cómoda. Está muy bien ubicada. Pienso que se podría mejorar un poco la comunicación. Tiene algunos detalles a mejorar también: dos días no hubo agua caliente para bañarse, la códigos para puerta de entrada principal no funcionaron algunas veces (sin embargo el encargado me apoyó con esto cuando me comuniqué); una pieza de la ventana de la habitación estaba rota y en la noche enfriaba bastante, solicité cobija extra pero no tuve respuesta. Pero en general creo que es muy buena opción y sí volvería a alojarme aquí. Un agradecimiento para la señora que apoya con la limpieza, fue muy empática y amable.

The apartment is beautiful and everything was clean, host can work on communication though, took to long to answer, we asked for new towel (weather was to humid and rainy so towels wouldn't dry) but never got an answer to our request.
