Hotel recomendable.

The hotel staff is very nice, very helpful but it's not enough the number of people on the restaurant. Every time we went there, there was just one person for all the people.

It’s my fourth time back and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend it

The hotel staff is very polite Service: "Friendly and efficient," "helpful," "attentive," "welcoming smile," "professional".

Beautiful location on the Laguna, with incredible wildlife all around you. Bellen and the whole team plan your stay with long guided tours with expert guides both on trails and on the water, and at no extra cost! And the food is also included in the price and it's delicious. Couldn't ask for more!

Nice quiet location in nice neighborhood. Recommend

Everything was fantastic!
