「Incheckningen med Eda var mycket lyckad – jag fick ett fantastiskt bemötande och utmärkt service. Tyvärr hade jag lite otur med de som bodde i rummet bredvid, då de var ganska högljudda. Men manager Feyyaz hanterade situationen mycket professionellt och löste det direkt. Rummet var alltid fint och fräscht tack vare Songul, som städade med ett glatt leende varje dag. Jag vill verkligen tacka alla dessa, samt övrig personal, för deras arbete och min stora uppskattning.」

「I stayed one week in Mersin oteli and it was great.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, speak English very well especially Rajab, Moukader and younos.Housekeepers also yilderim and hassan are very cooperative. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is excellent near the center and one minute walking to the sea and bus station. There are rooms with balconies and wonderful sea view. Room rates are fair in comparison of other r stars hotels in the area. Definitely when I go back to Mersin,I...
