「We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back. 」

「The apartment is in the "basement" of the house. The house itself and the Property are very pretty. The inside had to be accessed through the garage but you can walk right in without going up or down any stairs. The washer and dryer in the hallway work very well. In the room the microwave is new and works. There is also a towel fan and portable room heater. I did not find any central air conditioning controls although there were vents in the rooms. 「My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. Coffee was great, I’d recommend salt and pepper shakers and possibly seal or repaint the balcony door. White rubbs off when you touch it. Other than that excellent...
