「Staff is very responsive. 」

「We normally stay at the crane. This time it was a short stay. The pool, staff, and property were clean and amazing. Rooms clean as usual 」

「We absolutely loved Barbados—the culture, the people, the food, the stunning beaches, and the ocean were all amazing! Unfortunately, our experience at The Crane Resort was quite disappointing. The Good: - The resort has beautiful grounds. - Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. - We stayed in a spacious private residence that offered fantastic views and a large balcony. The Bad: - The beach was unusable every day, forcing us into a cramped shuttle ride for 35 minutes to a very crowded...

「Solo female traveler- The staff were so kind and friendly! The property was chill and relaxed, making it very peaceful. The food was amazing! I enjoyed every meal I had. The room was large and spacious, however the bed was pretty hard and solid, so be mindful if you have back problems. All in all, I had a great time. 」

「I had an overnight stay that was planned last min. I originally planned to stay two nights but realized that it was just not for me - ( I had originally came from the popular tourist area and needed to backfill two nights ) although they realized it was just not my style both hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible and even worked to get me a refund for the next night - the place is lovely and quiet and perfect for anyone looking for just that! 」

「Staff was excellent....very communicative. Space was really well laid out with several options for enjoying the view and sound of the ocean from the adjoining porch or on the lawn between the restaurant and sea. Have been here several times and the accomodations just seem to be getter increasingly better.」

「The resort was okay. My biggest issue, was the air conditioning in my room never worked properly. The food was also just okay when I arrived, Iwas told that there was an ala cart menu as well as a buffet. However, there was no ala carte menu. The only option for food was the buffet. 」
