「Lovely, clean and bright home, large enough for extended family. Big back yard. Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used).」

「We had a terrible experience with Professional Holiday Homes. Our holiday rental wasn't cleaned on time, and PHH offered unsuitable alternative accommodations. They promised a late checkout, but it wasn't honoured. Their rental agreement terms are unreasonable (see below), and they were difficult to contact.
