"Stayed here with my husband and sister on July 1st, 2025 - I had made a mistake and booked my reservation for July 2nd, but the Manager on duty, Oscar, was an absolute gem and went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was swapped over for that night instead. I just want to say Oscar was the most genuine, thoughtful, and kind staff and/or person I have gotten to meet in quote a long while. He deserves a hefty raise!! "We had the greatest time at this hotel! The staff were the absolute best at tending to every detail and every need with speed, care and a happy and smiling face. The breakfast everyday was such a lovely spread of yumminess with biscuits and gravy to home fries and sausage or bacon. The staff really work overtime in making sure it’s as clean as possible. Didn’t get the two names of the ones who helped the most but it was the last with glasses and dark hair and the man with the bun that worked the front desk and kitchen area that made our trip so enjoyable! The deserve a raise! The only thing o wish we had known was that there was no elevator. We were second floor middle of the hall and so going from the car and loading or unloading to just breakfast, laundry or the pool really made us tired—for healthy people without false hips, it wouldn’t be a big deal, and next time, we know to request first floor as to avoid this."
