"Until now, I had not written a review of a hotel, and felt this time was important to do.
Cleanliness is very important to me and my husband, and our room was immaculate.
The owner was extremely kind, and went out of his way to help.
We had made reservations at the last minute, after having a negative experience with a vacation rental. It was such a relief, walking into Hotel Seranata, and be greeted with such positive energy."
