The staf were doing their job, however, the matress was very u uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard and bulky. Hard to sleep on them. Talking with other guests they had exactly the same experience as we did. On the other hand, Mario and other front desk attendants were very helpful. Thank you!

Ideal budget stay

An average stay really. I stayed in a suite room which was very spacious and clean. It was cleaned/serviced everyday to a good standard. Food at the hotel was quite basic and poor and the pool area isn’t the best, but in terms of value for money I think it’s adequate and fair for the price paid. The area around the hotel is good, within very short walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. An ideal budget stay. The staff were very helpful with booking taxis etc.

BAthroom small , rust silicon patches and toilet paper in bin beside the toilet, cockroches running around at night , pool dirty , would not swim in , layer of grease and dirt and bugs, and lose rock on the bottom, can eat , drink or some on empty pool patio , wasps all around as floor was dirty , no fidge or coffe in room or cups ....

La habitación estaba normal, sus almohadas son delgas tuvimos que pedir otras, pero sin problema nos la dieron. El estacionamiento tienes que dejar tu vehículo antes de las 5pm, de lo contrario te quedas afuera.

Bij aankomst direct gevraagd naar de parkeerplaats, welke om de hoek bleek te zijn. Wat, naast de centrale ligging, een van de redenen voor de keuze van dit hotel was. Het personeel was behulpzaam bij het inchecken wat verder vlekkeloos verliep. De kamer viel echter flink tegen. Het enige fijne op de kamer was het bed en de airco. Verder leek het vooral de nodige aandacht te hebben gemist. De badkamer was op meerdere plekken afgekit, een heleboel roest/corrosie op de douchekop en deuren. Een wc die bleef lekken en af en toe niet goed kon doorspoelen. Ook was deze kamer, gelegen aan de straatkant en ook nog eens bij de lift vrij gehorig. Een andere tegenvaller was dat er geen watertappunten zijn, er niet standaard een fles water op de kamer staat, maar dat je deze moest vragen bij de receptie. De locatie en het personeel valt weinig op aan te merken.
