「Mansión Mérida is spectacular. We were welcomed with a drink and a fruit basket, and loved the daily treats in our room. The room upgrade was stunning, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The service from the concierge team was world-class, and meeting the owner, Don Raúl, was a highlight. He even took a photo of us, which was delivered in a frame in our room and he met us as we were leaving to give us a thank you letter. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was truly personal. 「This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「メリダのメインストリートとされるMontejo通りに面した綺麗なホテルです。 クリスマス前後に訪れたのですが、通りもホテルもしっかりクリスマス仕様でした。 部屋も快適でした。なぜかお風呂が露天でしたが。。。 ホテルスタッフも対応は非常に良くて、いつも笑顔で対応してくれます。 また、朝ごはんも付いていますが、何よりパンが美味しかったです。」
