「A superb property, in a spectacular location and with a caring manager that was in constant contact and easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect/as advertised and the manager bent over backwards to address a second floor HVAC issue which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying here again on our next Seattle visit!」

「Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

The home was well-located and met our basic needs for the trip.For the price of over 530 per night with all fees, we felt the value wasn't quite there even with it located on Mercer Island.
