「Always clean, friendly staff.」

「Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful.」

「They seem to do the best they could with what they had. it appeared that they were under staffed. I traveled with my family with our toddler and what we notice was the rugs in the room had a smell like dogs had been there. Strongly suggest if hotel offers pet friendly accommodations GET RID of rugs.」

「Very comfortable and clean」

「丁寧に対応いただきました。」

「The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was leaking . Gouges in the wall. Coffee was good」

「I have NEVER left a bad review for a hotel, but the hotel room smelled STRONGLY like fried food. To the point that I sprayed hairspray as room freshener because that's all I had. If I hadn't been so exhausted from travel, I would have demanded a new room. Obviously, I did not have high expectations for the price of the room- but the smell was unacceptable.」
