Four Points by Sheraton Memphis Southwind
"Pool was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom. The pull out couch bed with very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs, and there was no bedding for it in the room. We had to request some from the front desk. No hand soap in the bathroom or body wash in the shower."

"Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there."
