Note that this unit is loft style so one bedroom is open (no door attached). This unit is located on the second floor of the building with no elevators. Be prepared to walk the stairs( about 15). There is also very limited free parking around the building on nights and weekends. The more secured parking is the garage across the street from the unit (10 steps away) that cost $2 per night unless there are major events in Memphis in which the price fluctuates.
