「Great for night life. Clean and felt very safe. There was a 300 incident fee taken out 2 days before the trip which I was unaware of prior to booking the 450 non refundable weekend. The funds were released back after check out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Lots of communication from the property manager and very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything you need is provided. 10/10 would stay here again. 」

I text the host about it because it was 98 degrees outside and before we got back from downtown Sean had the AC fixed and cool inside! 「Location is everything and this VRBO has everything! Really great for adults doing the Bourbon Trail and enjoying the NULU area. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom which is a huge bonus to adult friends traveling together. The unit is SO walkable (and safe) to all the happening restaurants and bars in NULU. Very clean and comfortable with great decor. Thanks Sean for answering all my questions with speed, you are a wonderful host!」

「My family loved staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for my husband and I along with our 23 year old and 15 year old. Each kid had their own room! The included parking spot in the parking garage across the street is a huge plus! We were very close to all of the downtown places we wanted to visit. Communication with the owners was great!
