This condo is in the heart of the popular Highlands neighborhood. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops on Baxter Ave and Bardstown Road. We offer two off street parking spaces. One is contained in a gated area and the other is an off street space along the side of the building. This condo is three stories with access to a shared courtyard. Just minutes away from downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs - Home of the Kentucky Derby. Centrally located.

This condo has three floors which is creates a lot of privacy. When you enter the condo on the first floor you walk into the living room/kitchen area. Here you will find air hockey and a Ms. Pac-man arcade game. Also on the first floor is a half bath. The second floor contains 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom attached. The second floor also contains the laundry room. On the third floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full size daybed with a twin trundle and private bathroom. There is a doorbell camera that records audio and video when it is triggered by motion. This will be on during your stay.

Kitchen was well equipped though lacked a cutting board and sharp knives. The refrigerator was very noisy so being in the main room was annoying. Liked having a large kitchen table so we could have a large family meal. The living room was roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well supplied with plenty of towels. The location of the condo is great. Close to everything in the Highlands, Downtown and Cave Hill Cemetery.

Very spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the extra half toilet on the first floor. Enough/ plenty of towels, toilet paper, and kitchen good stocked with dishes and coffee. Inly suggestion would be have at least 1 big pan for cooking more than a few eggs at once.

Nice place, close to nightlife in The Highlands

My three sisters and I enjoyed our three nights at Laura’s place. She was very proactive with communication. There are several codes to know for the parking area and front door, but she explained it clearly.Parking was good with a reserved spot and permit only spot. We did have to use street parking one night because we returned late, but it was only a block away. Very nice area. You do hear bar noise, but nothing more than is described in the listing. Earplugs are provided. Would stay again!

Great Location

Clean, cozy and great location. We spent most of our time in the day downtown exploring, but came back in the evening to relax. It was nice to be close to downtown, but not in downtown. The provided parking was a huge plus for us. I don't like having to leave our car on the street at nights. Great place to stay!

Nice place, great location

The condo is very nice and in a great location. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance and central to Louisville if you need to drive. We stayed during the week and didn't experience any noise from the neighborhood as others have mentioned.

Good location but loud

Booking, checkin, etc. Was easy. The property was clean.The king si,e bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my husband slept on the couch and I didn't sleep weel. The lication is convenient and close to great bars and restaurants but at night was EXTREMELY loud until 2:30 a.m. then extremely quiet

Three story condo with BRs on 2 and 3rd floors. Clean but a bit dated. Covered parking. Across the street from very active bar scene that was very noisy.

Perfect weekend get away.

We just returned from a long weekend of fun with friends along the Bourbon trail. This place was amazing. You feel like you have so much room to spread out and the layout is perfect. Everything you could possibly need is provided including an old school Miss Pac man game, board games, ear plugs, fans, a Keurig coffee machine complere with pods, cream and sugar. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all also provided. It is centrally located and is close to so many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. I would stay here again without hesitation the next time i visit the area. Do yourself a favor and rent this place. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nice place, great location

The location was as advertised. The check in process was extremely easy and the host replied to communications in a timely manner. Many of the reviews were correct, the neighborhood is pretty loud at night. It did not keep my wife and I awake, but I can see where it may bother some folks. You are within walking distance of several bars and restaurants which is very convienient. It advertises a gated parking space, which it has, but the entrance gate was never closed during our stay. That did not bother me, I was glad to not be on the street, but if I lived there I would be a little irritated the gate was not closed consistently. We would definitely stay here again.
