"Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. Breakfast was great, couldn’t eat it all. Didn’t use the bar. Would definitely return as location great. Got an upgrade on arrival which was a nice surprise but room could’ve been better, sofa was well worn and a couple of spars of wood on entry needed replaced or rubbed down and varnished again."

"Beautiful hotel. Plenty of shops, pubs and sightseeing things close by.The room was very spacious and clean. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of goodies in the room, tea coffee biscuits and bottled water. They were topped up daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You could leave your luggage before booking in. And the day I left, I left my luggage at reception and looked around town and returned in the afternoon to leave Edinburgh. Thankyou for a great stay.Would come back again"
