「The A-frame house was fantastic. We lived outside on the decks grilling, hot tub relaxing, and the host supplied a s’mores station that we used around the bonfire. We can’t wait to return again and hopefully we will receive enough rain to restore the lake levels in this area. The view is beautiful but the lake level is very low and fishing is difficult. Come on rain!」

「We had the most wonderful two-night stay at Rooterville, with the most peaceful sleep. Beds were super comfortable, waking up to the sheep grazing right outside our room was so sweet and feeding the animals while they followed us around the farm was so much fun! Turkeys who let you “hug” them, friendly pigs, sheep, cows and mini horses. Amazing experience, we will be back soon!」

「The house was very cute, fully stocked in the kitchen, and comfortable beds. It was so pleasant to wake up and walk out to the porch and have piggies, turkeys, and cats in the front yard. My morning walks with my toddler consisted of coffee, feeding the animals carrots and petting her new favorite animal, a donkey, named Dexter!
10/10 reccomend and we will certainly be back again.
Thank you Elaine for being a wonderful host and most kind.」
