Experience the harmony of wellness and coastal comfort at this beautifully curated Scandi-style retreat, perfectly positioned between Rye’s front and back beaches. Rejuvenate with hot/cold therapy in the cedar barrel sauna, cool off in the solar-heated mineral pool, or soak in the hot tub. Unwind on two treetop decks overlooking tranquil landscaped gardens, or retreat inside to two living areas, a gourmet kitchen and study. A serene coastal escape designed for pure relaxation and rejuvenation.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – this host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property accepts a maximum of 8 adults.
• Your canine family member is welcome upon prior request and approval – conditions apply.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

Great house in Rye

The Bird House can be highly recommended: it is spacious, clean, well equipped and all appliances are working well. The pool is nice, with its solar heating being very effective. The house has two large living areas on different levels with huge smart TVs in each one. The hosts (management company) was very efficient and easy to communicate with at all times.
