Great location close to many restaurants & Southern Cross Station. Decent sized room that was clean with a comfortable bed. Not at all sound proof - we stayed on level 19 & could hear a lot of street noise all night. Parking was $35 via hotel 'discount' but would have only been $20 if we'd paid at the parking lot

Great hotel with a nice atmosphere and a really good café. I especially enjoyed the order-based breakfast on the earlier days—fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Perfect for a weekend away where I needed to get trams to the sporting precinct as the stop was literally 2 minutes from the hotel. Room was small but had everything I needed. Bed was SUPER comfortable and the curtains blocked out all light which was amazing. Bathroom small but lovely - only negative was that at times the water took ages to get hot.
