Time to relax as you sip your favorite beverage on the balcony overlooking Melbourne Harbor and the Indian River waterway, enjoying the cool prevailing harbor breeze from our serene one bedroom, one bath condo. Jog or walk over the causeway to Indialantic's pristine, uncrowded beaches and cruise 5th Avenue Boardwalk to beach shops, Starbucks, famous Moo's ice cream and Bizzarro's pizza. Kayak and paddle board rentals within walking distance and a dip in the pool to end the day.
    Not just for vacationers but also a great spot for travelling professionals, interns and parents visiting students - a place to call home for extended stays.
    This is also the perfect location to be for the annual Space Coast Food and Wine Festival that is held in January and the Publix Florida Marathon and Half Marathon held in February annually. Both events are within the Downtown Melbourne area which is steps away from the condo.

Heart and Soul of Melbourne!

Perfect location that is close to old Melbourne shops and restaurants. Area is very much walking and biking friendly. Quick dives to major cultural sites/ community activities and the beach too! Property hosts were extremely kind and have well equipped the property with just about every creature comfort you could think of (and a few you didn't think about when packing!) Excellent experience during my stay and would stay at this location again.
