After a busy day, settle into one of our two comfortable bedrooms:

Both bedrooms include quality linen, premium pillows, block-out curtains, heating, fans, wardrobes and plenty of storage. Extra blankets are also provided.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Whether you're preparing a home-cooked meal or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, you'll find everything you need.
The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, regular and decaf coffee sachets, tea, hot chocolate, cookware, utensils, plates, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper and basic cooking spices.
You'll also find a dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker and blender, plus dishwashing supplies and dishwasher tablets to get you started.
Relax & Play
Sink into the couch, put your feet up and do absolutely nothing — hey, it's your holiday!
Enjoy your favourite movies and shows on the 55-inch Smart TV using your own streaming accounts, stay connected with fast Wi-Fi, or relax with a book or board game.
Travelling with kids? There's a playground only around 50 metres away, complete with BBQ facilities, so the little ones can play while you enjoy lunch and some sunshine.
Private Courtyard
Our private courtyard is one of our favourite spots. It's a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply unwind after a day exploring Melbourne.

Laundry tip: Please use the washing machine and dryer one at a time so they work at their best.

Free Secure Parking & Easy Transport
You'll have one free secure parking space, best suited to a small or medium-sized vehicle. If you're travelling with a larger vehicle, free street parking may also be available nearby.
Prefer to leave the car behind? The tram is only a short walk away, making it easy to explore St Kilda, Albert Park and Melbourne CBD, as well as cafés, restaurants, shopping, concerts and major events.

Explore St Kilda & Melbourne
Start your morning with a walk along St Kilda Beach, grab a coffee or breakfast around Acland Street, then wander down to St Kilda Pier and enjoy the sea views. If you're travelling with kids, Luna Park is always a fun stop, and there’s also a playground only around 50 metres from the property.

If you're visiting for the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix, Albert Park is only a short drive away. Or simply leave the car in your free secure parking space, jump on a nearby tram and explore Melbourne.
Spend the day discovering the city, catch a game at the MCG or Marvel Stadium, explore Chapel Street, enjoy dinner in the CBD, then come home, put your feet up and relax in your own private courtyard.
