This quintessential Portsea haven unveils a cascading layout of expansive proportions designed for ultimate comfort. Comprising 4 ensuite bedrooms, 3 distinct living areas, 3 deck areas with coastal views, and a gas heated pool and spa delivering all seasons indulgence. Downstairs a family suite offers versatility (and a 5th bedroom if needed) with its own living area. Nestled in a quiet location central to Portsea and Sorrento, this stunning property is ideal for families or mature groups.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 30 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• Property welcomes your canine friend upon application, with pets subject to conditions if approved.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

• Double garage for 2 vehicles and driveway parking for a further 2-3 vehicles

Bed Configuration:
• Bedroom 1: 1 x KB with ensuite
• Bedroom 2: 1 X QB with ensuite
• Bedroom 3: 1 x KB with ensuite - can be split into 2 x king singles upon prior request
• Bedroom 4: 'Family Suite' with 2 x single beds (can be combined into a king upon prior request), sofa bed, kitchenette and ensuite
Please advise required bed arrangements upon booking. Linen for the sofa bed is provided upon prior request.

Please note:
• Tariff includes hotel quality bed and bath linen, kitchen and bathroom basics, plus a starter kit of firewood April-September. Please BYO pool/beach towels.
• Free WIFI, with streaming services accessible via your own login.

Fantastic stay

The property was fantastic. A beautiful home with spacious bedrooms and ensuites. The kitchen/living/dining area was great for accommodating 8-10 adults and the outdoor deck areas and pool were awesome. The Sorrento main strip is only a 3min drive away and Baked in Portsea cafe is a 5min walk for your morning coffee. Would highly recommend staying here.
