House Rules
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

The property is near numerous tram stops on High St, Malvern Rd, Glenferrie Rd and Wattletree Rd operating trips to Glen Iris, Moreland, Camberwell, Melbourne Uni, St Kilda Beach, Malvern and City. Meanwhile, the nearby Tooronga train station operates routes to the City and out west while the Malvern station operates routes south and southwest.

The pre check-in instructions did not arrive even though my id verification was accepted and my money had been taken. I had to follow that up within 24 hours of check in and was told that my id was not verified (Person was slow to be helpful) The onsite parking is not suitable for a medium SUV or bigger .The spot itself is too small for anything bigger and access to the spot is VERY difficult. This should be on the description on the website. I parked on the street . The place is very noisy (from High St)and this will impact people differently. Loose hairs in the basin and bathroom floor. Shame because the fixtures and fittings are great I will not stay there again

Well l positioned bright modern apartment

This apartment was perfect for our needs with its position. We needed a clean comfortable bed and bathroom near our daughter’s home. Unfortunately the bed was broken when we checked in and it was extremely difficult to deal with a non local agent. The agent’s personal were polite but were unable to sort the problem quickly because they were in Asia without any local knowledge. After 5 days of a broken bed and many phone calls from my daughter it was replaced! I think it would be considerably better to have a local contact for any problems. I feel it was not acceptable to take 5 days to resolve the problem and to use a weekend as an excuse!

BEWARE! Mattress ruined. MadeComfy non-responsive

We booked for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the mattress was old and ruined - it sunk more than 1 foot in the middle. We immediately called MadeComfy, the property mgmt company. They said they would discuss the problem with their "team" and call me back. Never did. I did not stay there. MadeComfy has not addressed my concern, or issued a refund.

Weekend away

The suite is as shown: compact but with everything we needed, and in a fabulous spot. Malvern Park is an absolute delight, and a mere few steps away, and tram stops 100m one way and 50m the other. The coffee machine didn't work, which was slightly annoying, and interestingly (but minimally important) there were no face washers or tissues in the bathroom. But it's a great shower, and I enjoyed my early mornings on the patio. We would definitely stay again.
