Please treat what we have provided as items of the highest quality and luxury with respect so you and future guests can enjoy them. Damage to the house or contents will incur a cleaning, repair or replacement fee. This includes permanent or significant damage fixtures, fittings and contents beyond normal wear and tear. It also includes staining of linen, towelling, mattresses or carpets and marks on walls. Lost parking permits will also be charged a replacement fee.

Perfect for a family gathering

Very comfortable house with well-equipped kitchen. The latter is stocked with much appreciated larder basics & there is a lovely outdoor courtyard with barbecue. Secure off-street parking for two cars was a bonus for visitors. We held a catered 70th birthday lunch in the dining room (14 people) & the house couldn't have been more perfect.

Family Home

We stayed here for 5 weeks while our home was being repaired and lived a "normal life". Close to transport for the kids to get to school, room for everyone (family of 6), kitchen allowed family meals to be prepared, great laundry and superb outdoor spaces (would have been even better in summer). Mark and Ken were the perfect hosts, easy and quick communication, friendly and no issue too much. Thank you!!

Lovely house!

Fine location: lovely property. A small problem: in winter it is quite cold and there seems little one can do about the heating. We had one problem and within 15 inutes the owners arrived and fixed it. An absolute for us next time! Peter W

Our stay was so enjoyable...from the comfortable beds, to the fully equipped kitchen (including herbs and spices), nice glassware and china, to the beautiful decor we couldn't have asked for more. Ken gave us suggestions for meals and drinks, tram access, shopping, and walking recommendations. The enclosed back patio with trickling water provides a private oasis.

We used the house to get ready for my wedding - four bridesmaids, multiple siblings and partners - and it was the most lovely space. The set-up is excellent, especially the kitchen. We loved the huge kitchen table, the comfortable lounges and the courtyard space. We got some excelkent photos in various locations around the house, including the lovely master bathroom. The communication from the owners was excellent too. Highly recommended!

Great city holiday

We are five seniors who go away once a year for a holiday together. One of our friends has Parkinson's and has limited mobility. She was able to negotiate everything at 94 Highett Street and particularly appreciated the huge bathroom downstairs. The house is wonderful, with the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen. Everything was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Wifi was excellent, TVs in every room, nice radio in kitchen with selection of CDs. Very peaceful and relaxing. Really appreciated the double garage, the public transport links and the close proximity to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Richmond Hill Cafe and Larder. Communication was excellent at all times. Many thanks for providing us with absolutely everything we could have needed or wanted. It's a credit to you both.

We had a lovely stay at 94 Highett its a gorgeous house however after we left we were accused of stealing towels and charged $200. There were no towels laid out in several rooms when we arrived which when i tried to explain to the owners was shot down and then my emails ignored. Be warey

Excellent property

This spectacular property was perfect for our girls weekend away catch up. They property is a great size and was very clean, tidy and well organised. We had a group of 10 and there was enough room for us to sit comfortably in the lounge room and to have meals around the large dining table. The bathroom was massive and the property was always warm with spilt systems throughout for extra warmth if needed. To get into the city it was only a $9 - 11 uber ride however there was plenty of places within walking distance to eat etc. The owners made everything easy and had very clear expectations of our stay - provided us with plenty of information which was great as very travelled from interstate. Would stay again - this property met every requirement.

Truly a 5 star property!

Our large family of 11 stayed for a week for our son's wedding. We cannot recommend this property more highly and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The very large family kitchen is incredibly well appointed for the most discerning chefs, the studio was the perfect 'groom room' and the plush sheets and towels provided blissful luxury and extra comfort. Wifi, Netflix, a huge range of DVDs and CDs were much appreciated by adults and children and the huge dining table and outdoor areas seated us all comfortably for meals. This property ticks all the boxes of a 5 star family holiday. Simply superb! Thank you Mark and Ken.

Perfect Position

As a large group (3 families) 94 Highett was the perfect place to accommodate us all. We arrived to a warm house - such a nice touch on a cold day! The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery & glassware for our big group (even tho we didn't cook.....) dining out and takeaway was a better option! The property was very clean and well set out. The beds were very comfy, linen and towels supplied were of a high standard. Each bedroom was equipped with a TV (big ones too!) Off street parking for 2 cars is a great bonus, we even got a permit for a third car. Outside there was a great area to sit and have a few quiet drinks and nibbles at the end of the day. This house is in a great position - close to public transport, walking distance to bridge road and very close to the city. Would definitely stay again and can highly recommend this property. Mark and Ken were a delight to deal with and were very prompt in all dealings with us. Treat yourself - why would you want to stay in a motel when you could stay in a place like this!

What a fantastic property, to find an inner city property very close to public transport that 8 of us could stay in. We had a girls weekend here and it was divine, had everything we needed. Great House!

As a large group we needed a house with a good location to the MCG. This house did not disappoint. It was close the G and the surrounding areas were excellent to head to a meal and some beers. The owners were very approachable and were good with directions to the area.
